岗位职责
- 独立界定模糊的运营问题以及前沿与新兴风险，并将其转化为清晰的分析、工作流、工具或决策系统
- 分析大型复杂数据集，识别模式、数据质量缺口、运营盲点与数据来源（source of truth）问题
- 搭建并维护看板、监控、告警、定期报告与工作流自动化
- 开发新兴风险检测与评估系统，包括分类器、评估、标注与人工复核反馈闭环
- 支持大型云部署与合作伙伴关系，验证数据管道与安全信号，调查异常或差异，并改进运营监控、报告与升级机制
- 设计实用的质量控制措施，如抽样方案、黄金数据集、验证留出集、阈值、人工复核与兜底路径
- 使用AI与大语言模型工具提升工作效率与规模，同时应用适当的测试、质量保证与人工监督
- 将技术与运营发现转化为清晰的建议、权衡、决策与后续步骤，供合作团队参考
- 与运营、产品、工程、数据科学、产品政策、安全、法务与支持团队协作，明确责任归属、需求与可持续的交接机制
- 记录系统逻辑、局限性、操作流程与维护预期，使他人能够运行并改进相关工作
任职要求
- 5年以上技术运营、数据分析、信任与安全、风险运营、产品运营或相关领域工作经验
- 具备扎实的数据能力，能够查询和验证数据、分析大型复杂数据集，并识别数据质量缺口与运营盲点
- 能够搭建并维护看板、监控告警、定期报告与工作流自动化
- 善于使用AI与大语言模型工具加快工作速度并扩大规模，同时具备测试、质量保证与人工监督意识
- 能够独立推动问题从定义、分析、工作流设计、实施到衡量与交接的完整流程
- 具备将技术与运营发现转化为清晰建议、权衡取舍与决策的能力
- 具备跨职能协作能力，能与运营、产品、工程、数据科学、产品政策、安全、法务与支持团队有效合作
- 具备良好的文档撰写能力，能够记录系统逻辑、局限性、操作流程与维护要求
- 该岗位可能接触敏感或令人不适的内容，需要高度的谨慎、判断力与心理韧性

- Experience in trust and safety, fraud, scaled or adversarial abuse, integrity, emerging-risk detection, or other high-stakes operational domains.
- Experience supporting cloud, enterprise, or privacy-preserving deployments with constrained data access or specialized monitoring requirements.
- Experience with classifiers, evaluations, golden datasets, labeling programs, reviewer calibration, or model-quality measurement.
- Experience with Python, notebooks, data-pipeline troubleshooting, or other lightweight technical development.
- Experience designing quality systems or workflows that involve vendors, BPOs, or distributed operational teams.
