负责亚太区日常差旅安全运营，包括高风险差旅审查、出行人员简报、监控、升级、事件响应和人员清点；编写清晰、以情报为导向的风险评估、通告、决策简报和实用缓解方案，供员工和高级利益相关者使用
岗位职责
- 负责亚太区日常差旅安全运营，包括高风险差旅审查、出行人员简报、监控、升级、事件响应和人员清点
- 编写清晰、以情报为导向的风险评估、通告、决策简报和实用缓解方案，供员工和高级利益相关者使用
- 与情报分析师及外部供应商合作，监控地缘政治、安全、健康、环境和交通风险，并将变化信息转化为及时运营决策
- 领导针对医疗紧急情况、安全事件、自然灾害、内乱、空域或交通中断及其他影响差旅人员事件的差旅安全响应
- 维护区域流程、行动手册、决策触发条件、沟通、培训、演练和事后复盘
- 支持公司活动、战略会议、高管差旅及其他需要协调差旅安全规划的商务活动
- 管理差旅风险、医疗与安全援助、情报、安全交通等专业供应商，包括服务质量、升级路径和绩效评估
- 有效使用差旅管理、人员追踪、群发通信、情报和案件管理工具，并密切关注预订数据质量、隐私、访问权限和运营韧性
- 与差旅人员及业务团队合作，提供适度、清晰、实用且顾及差旅体验的安全措施
- 利用指标、运营审查、自动化和受妥善治理的人工智能工具，提升服务质量、一致性、速度和规模
任职要求
- 8年以上企业差旅安全或差旅风险管理直接相关经验，且近期负责过区域或全球项目；该职位要求具备深厚的差旅安全经验
- 展现对差旅安全运营的端到端负责能力，包括风险评估、出行前准备、高风险差旅、在途监控、人员追踪、紧急援助、事件响应和危机支持
- 在亚太多个次区域拥有丰富运营经验，并具备根据不同法律、文化、基础设施和风险环境调整全球标准的判断力
- 具备领导重大差旅人员事件的经验，并能在信息不完整且涉及多方利益相关者的复杂、快速变化危机中提供支持
- 能够接受亚太区出差并偶尔前往其他地区，出差时间约占工作时间的25%
- 具备东亚地区深入运营经验者优先

- Deeper operating experience in East Asia, or professional capability in an additional APAC language.
- Experience applying ISO 31030 or a comparable travel risk management framework.
- Practical experience using data, workflow automation, or AI-assisted tools to improve travel security operations, with appropriate validation and human oversight.
- WORKPLACE & LOCATION
- This role is based in Singapore. Regional and international travel is required and is expected to comprise approximately 25% of the role.
