岗位摘要
负责区域运营路线图，与 JAPAC 营销、GTM 和销售运营合作，整合国家需求，根据业务目标优先改进，并在全球营销运营规划中代表区域需求；管理区域营销技术运营，监督营销自动化、CRM 以及活动和网络研讨会平台的区域使用，与全球营销运营和系统团队合作解决问题、改进集成并验证跨市场的变更
岗位职责
- 负责区域运营路线图，与 JAPAC 营销、GTM 和销售运营合作，整合国家需求，根据业务目标优先改进，并在全球营销运营规划中代表区域需求
- 管理区域营销技术运营，监督营销自动化、CRM 以及活动和网络研讨会平台的区域使用，与全球营销运营和系统团队合作解决问题、改进集成并验证跨市场的变更
- 构建更健康、更可操作的数据库，与 GTM 合作进行重点客户和联系人获取、丰富、细分和数据质量，提高选择加入覆盖率，同时在适当的同意和数据实践下维护可营销性
- 负责活动设置、线索管理和销售交接，在营销自动化和 CRM 系统中设置和质检活动，包括受众列表、注册表单、活动跟踪和线索捕获工作流，确保现场活动、网络研讨会和其他活动的线索进入约定的资格和路由流程，并与销售运营、AE 和 SDR 定期审查未触及的营销合格线索（MQL）并解决路由或跟进缺口
- 连接客户旅程，与区域营销人员和全球营销运营合作，连接获取、互动、培育和销售接触点，使相关客户信号可供需要采取行动的团队使用
- 标准化活动执行，开发可重用的模板、工作流和质量检查，帮助现场营销人员快速一致地启动活动，并记录针对本地需求的调整
- 与法律/隐私和全球营销运营合作，将 JAPAC 各市场特定的数据隐私和监管要求嵌入到同意管理、受众获取、活动执行和数据处理中
- 衡量活动绩效和影响，为现场项目、本地活动、网络研讨会和基于客户的营销建立可靠的报告，应用共享的衡量和归因定义来评估参与度、转化率、管道贡献和 ROI（在数据支持的情况下）
- 赋能区域团队，培训营销人员工具、活动流程、数据质量以及适用的隐私和合规要求
任职要求
- 具有营销运营、营销技术或相关领域的经验
- 熟悉营销自动化平台（如 Marketo、HubSpot 等）和 CRM 系统（如 Salesforce）
- 具备数据分析和报告能力，能够建立衡量框架和归因模型
- 了解数据隐私法规（如 GDPR、PDPA 等）和合规要求
- 出色的跨职能协作和沟通能力，能够与全球和区域团队合作
- 具备项目管理能力，能够同时处理多个任务并推动结果

加分项
- Experience supporting JAPAC markets, including local campaign execution and collaboration across languages and time zones.
- Experience with ABM, buying-group engagement, and enterprise, developer, or startup audiences.
- Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and customer engagement or product-usage signals.
- Practical experience building or improving AI-enabled workflows and automation.
