岗位摘要
与芯片设计、验证和固件等跨职能硅团队及硅合作伙伴（如芯片测试设施、晶圆厂）协作，共同架构满足端到端系统需求的安全芯片；与硬件供应商及内核、编译器和基础设施等跨职能团队协作，共同设计满足性能与安全需求的安全硬件
岗位职责
- 与芯片设计、验证和固件等跨职能硅团队及硅合作伙伴（如芯片测试设施、晶圆厂）协作，共同架构满足端到端系统需求的安全芯片
- 与硬件供应商及内核、编译器和基础设施等跨职能团队协作，共同设计满足性能与安全需求的安全硬件
- 使用TPM2、安全启动、Nitro Enclaves、Intel SGX、AMD-SEV及其他安全硬件技术，架构并部署安全系统
- 与内外部合作伙伴交流，推动硬件创新与OpenAI可信计算及密码学需求保持一致
任职要求
- 拥有10年以上硬件安全或软硬件协同设计领域的行业经验
- 具备大规模部署安全硬件系统并集成安全硬件原语的成熟专业知识
- 精通Rust和/或C/C++编程，并熟练使用Python
- 具备跨团队协作、架构解决方案以及调试复杂生产系统的成熟能力
- 具有主动负责、以端到端问题解决为导向的心态
- 优先考虑：计算机体系结构、电气工程或相关领域的高级学位
- 优先考虑：熟悉HPC、低精度计算和SIMD架构

- Advanced degree in Computer Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with HPC, low-precision computing, and SIMD architectures.
