- 将数据质量与策展视为核心研究问题，开发选择、组合和转换数据的新方法
- 创建能够提升模型能力的数据集，并设计严谨实验，理解数据选择与干预如何影响模型学习和下游行为
- 与前沿模型和网络规模数据紧密合作，为哪些方法有效及原因建立证据，并将成功研究转化为可扩展的数据处理流水线
- 推进 OpenAI 在规模化构建和理解预训练数据方面的方法
任职要求
- 在通过发表论文、项目或应用研究提出新的机器学习想法或改进方面拥有出色记录
- 能够拥有并推动研究议程，从选择正确问题到长期推进工作直至产生影响力
