- 与小型工程师、设计师和营销伙伴团队紧密合作
- 构建和迭代以增长为导向的UI：样式、布局和内容驱动页面
- 与内容编辑合作，使发布更快、更轻松，改进工作流程、清晰模式并减少陷阱
- 发布实验和营销功能，帮助人们发现并尝试Cohere
- 使用Next.js、TypeScript和Tailwind构建，包括驱动网站的Sanity模式
- 在真正关键的地方提升性能和可靠性，而不是盲目追求技术
- 每天使用AI编码工具，同时对合并的代码负责：能够调试、解释并支持代码
任职要求
- 拥有2年以上交付生产环境React/TypeScript应用的经验，注重打磨和性能
- 熟悉Next.js和Headless CMS（如Sanity），或能够快速上手
- 喜欢与设计和营销合作，并让代码比发现时更清晰
- 乐于在有所帮助时尝试新工具，无帮助时则放弃
- 关注用户的最终结果，而不仅仅是每周的框架

- Eye for design or motion; a portfolio, GitHub, or shipped marketing work. Familiarity with monorepos (pnpm/Turborepo) or Vercel is a plus.
