- 将政策、安全、技术、法律和运营约束转化为团队可执行的工作流、需求、操作手册、升级路径和决策结构
- 与用户运营领导层、产品政策、完整性、安全系统、i2、法律、产品、工程、支持、供应商及其他合作伙伴协调，解决依赖关系并保持关键工作推进
- 随着优先级变化进出工作流——建立新项目、稳定运营、改进交接，并将持久所有权移交给合适的团队
- 利用运营数据和一线信号识别瓶颈、质量差距、容量需求、所有权失败和最高杠杆干预措施
- 推动高优先级升级和跨职能决策闭环，确保正确的背景、负责任的负责人、清晰的后续步骤和持久的跟进
- 创建使项目良好运行的机制：路线图、决策日志、状态更新、风险登记册、运营评审和清晰的执行沟通
- 识别AI工具、自动化、轻量级系统或更简单的工作流可以在保持适当人类判断的同时提高速度、一致性和规模的地方
任职要求
- 8年以上项目管理、战略与运营、产品运营、技术项目管理、信任与安全、支持运营、风险运营、实施或相关领域经验
- 具有网络安全、生物安全或相关风险与安全运营经验者优先
- 具有从问题框架到启动和规模化运营处理复杂、模糊工作的成功记录
- 异常有条理、敏锐且注重执行；能够管理许多移动部件而不丢失最重要的少数决策
- 在没有直接授权的情况下建立信任并推动团队对齐，同时保持所有权、问责制和升级路径清晰
- 在技术和分析上足够流畅，能够推理数据流、仪表板、工具差距、自动化和故障模式——即使不编写生产代码
- 与技术人员、运营人员、政策人员和执行受众清晰沟通，尤其是在权衡敏感或证据不完整时
- 在快节奏环境中冷静灵活地运作，快速学习新领域，并乐于处理高严重性或敏感工作
- 具有供应商运营、Q经验
