- 负责面向客户的 Learn 体验、课程和项目组合，从战略制定到结果交付
- 将重点客户需求转化为基于角色的学习轨道、路径和高质量项目
- 使学习组合易于理解，明确起点、进阶路径及各项体验之间的关系
- 主导学习通过自有渠道和合作伙伴渠道触达客户
- 利用客户和产品证据衡量影响，并决定建设、扩展、改进、暂缓或停止哪些项目
任职要求
- 10年以上客户教育、产品教育、数字化学习、客户采用或相关领域经验
- 具有管理和培养多学科客户教育或学习团队的丰富经验
- 具有构建和扩展面向客户的学习项目或组合的经验，包括战略、规划、资源、交付和可衡量结果
- 具有设计基于角色的学习，并通过自有和合作伙伴渠道推动客户发现与参与的经验
- 有证据表明您的工作改变了产品使用、采用率或可衡量的客户价值
- 出色的跨职能领导力、高管沟通能力，并对 AI 充满好奇心
- 优先：有企业软件、开发者工具、AI 或其他快速变化领域的经验
- 优先：有通过学习平台、学院或数字教育项目服务全球受众的经验
