领导营销运营、自动化、分析与数据运营团队，并在必要时招聘填补空缺；制定并记录归因方法，获得市场、收入运营和财务部门的签字确认；每季度向高管团队展示营销的管道贡献，并提出改进建议；端到端管理 Marketo、Looker、GA4 和 6sense 等营销技术工具
岗位职责
- 领导营销运营、自动化、分析与数据运营团队，并在必要时招聘填补空缺
- 制定并记录归因方法，获得市场、收入运营和财务部门的签字确认
- 每季度向高管团队展示营销的管道贡献，并提出改进建议
- 端到端管理 Marketo、Looker、GA4 和 6sense 等营销技术工具
- 负责 Salesforce 中活动与线索相关部分，包括表单、培育、线索生命周期、评分和路由
- 确保活动数据结构良好，使分析师无需变通方法
- 与收入运营合作，确保营销管道数据变更受控，防止批量编辑悄然改写结果
- 负责培育和表单的 A/B 测试，确保结果可读
- 长期目标：减少工具和仪表板数量，每个指标有单一受治理的来源
- 拥有营销技术和运营预算，跟踪营销部门的预算和人员编制
- 构建营销计划所依据的管道和容量模型
- 与营销幕僚长合作，用数据支持权衡决策
- 确保营销和销售以相同方式计算管道
- 在 90 天内记录归因方法并获得签字，清点所有报告界面并指定负责人，确定数据问题修复顺序
- 在三个月内，用一个受治理的高管仪表板取代业务回顾中竞争的演示文稿，并重建线索路由投入生产
- 在六个月内，使目标客户报告与受治理的客户列表对账，团队任何人可根据文档方法重现季度归因，并实施数据变更控制
任职要求
- 具备营销运营领导经验，包括团队管理和营销技术栈管理
- 精通 Marketo、Looker、GA4、6sense 和 Salesforce 等营销技术工具
