- 将产品功能、人工智能能力和真实产品行为转化为清晰的消费者使用场景、信息传达和品牌故事，并准确说明产品能力与限制
- 领导整合营销活动从简报到上线再到复盘学习的全过程，为付费媒体、自有媒体、赢得媒体、社交、创作者、合作伙伴和体验营销分配明确且互补的角色
- 根据本地需求调整全球发布和营销活动，同时保护核心品牌策略；在机会需要时创造源于本地的创意
- 将文化相关性与实际产品效用相结合，帮助现有用户和新受众从发现走向试用、更广泛使用和重复互动
- 与创作者、社交和合作团队协作，在重大发布之间持续进行产品教育，并将文化时刻转化为一致的营销存在
- 与产品、产品营销、增长、品牌、创意、制作、传播、数据和区域团队合作，协调优先级、信息、渠道计划和发布准备，包括时间线快速变化时
- 在发布前定义成功与学习计划，使用相关品牌和行为指标，并在可行时开展实验
- 在授权范围内管理活动资源、代理机构、预算和生产依赖；做出明确取舍，并制定考虑创意交付周期和本地市场条件的前瞻计划
任职要求
- 拥有12年以上科技营销经验，覆盖巴西和西语拉美市场，并有领导整合B2C项目以及实操营销人工智能产品的成功记录
- 具备深厚的本地市场知识和洞察优先的方法
- 拥有强大的产品营销专业能力与真正的产品好奇心；你会亲自探索人工智能工具，并能将复杂能力转化为有用且可信的消费者故事
- 具备出色的战略与创意判断力，能将品牌定位、产品价值和分发渠道连接为有吸引力的核心营销创意
- 理解完整消费者旅程，以及营销如何根据目标为认知、获客、激活、采用、互动、留存或变现作出贡献
- 具备强大的衡量与实验纪律，能够区分活动指标和平台指标与业务影响，并明确将营销与业务成果联系起来
