- 制定拉美B2B营销计划，初期聚焦巴西：识别优先受众、采用障碍和机会，并使计划与国际扩张、GTM及全球B2B目标保持一致
- 将产品能力和全球叙事转化为本地相关的用例、活动和专业教育内容，确保对产品能力和局限性的期望准确
- 与客户、销售和传播团队合作，建立本地客户案例和实用示例，确保证据支持声明且材料对商业受众有用
- 设计交付计划所需的合作伙伴、代理和供应商网络；明确范围、预算、职责和质量期望，并清晰界定所有权
- 将拉美客户洞察和市场需求纳入全球B2B规划，调整共享资产和计划，并与其他地区交流有效方法
- 与现场营销团队一起领导 integrated B2B 项目，涵盖客户活动、高管互动、内容、需求挖掘和销售赋能，将每项活动与明确的受众需求和成果联系起来
- 与销售/GTM团队合作，确定受众和客户优先级、活动跟进和管道贡献衡量指标；将商业目标与客户教育和采用联系起来
- 与合作伙伴关系团队、合作营销和开发者营销团队协调B2B合作伙伴和开发者相关项目，就职责和对B2B计划的相关性达成一致
- 建立规划和报告流程，管理交付依赖关系和预算权衡，利用绩效证据改进计划并建议下一步投资方向
任职要求
- 12年以上营销经验，其中5年以上B2B营销经验，最好是在技术、平台或高增长环境中
- 具有在巴西构建和交付B2B项目的 proven 经验，能够适应拉美市场的战略和执行
- 深入了解商业受众，并采用洞察优先的方法，包括企业购买动态、客户信任、本地证明点和AI采用障碍
