岗位摘要
主导设备安全与产品质量优先事项的战略运营建设，从问题定义到实施运营模型，涵盖范围、负责人、里程碑、风险、成功指标和执行节奏；为高风险案例定义受理、严重性标准、决策权、证据要求、升级路径、响应标准、结案标准及事后学习机制
岗位职责
- 主导设备安全与产品质量优先事项的战略运营建设，从问题定义到实施运营模型，涵盖范围、负责人、里程碑、风险、成功指标和执行节奏
- 为高风险案例定义受理、严重性标准、决策权、证据要求、升级路径、响应标准、结案标准及事后学习机制
- 将产品、工程、质量、监管、法律、隐私、政策、支持与运营需求转化为实用工作流程、明确责任、行动手册和可衡量的运营标准
- 制定发布准备计划、培训、质量控制、报告、监测和早期响应机制
- 协调产品、硬件与软件工程、产品安全、产品质量、法律、隐私、产品政策、支持、物流、供应商及用户安全与风险运营团队，解决依赖并推动关键工作
- 在设备相关问题需要时，与欺诈、隐私、法律及其他专业团队合作
- 利用运营数据、仪表盘、客户信号、产品遥测、案件管理系统、AI工具和定性证据来调查问题、衡量绩效、识别模式并改进工作流程
- 推动关键升级和跨职能决策闭环，提供清晰背景、明确负责人、记录决策并持续跟进
- 创建使复杂项目良好运行的机制，包括路线图、决策日志、风险登记册等
任职要求
- 具备从产品安全、质量保证、监管运营、技术项目管理、医疗、医疗器械、航空航天、消费科技或其他复杂产品或受监管风险环境中来的背景
- 有直接消费硬件经验者优先，但非必需
- 能快速学习陌生技术领域，提出尖锐问题，并将产品、工程、质量、监管、政策、法律和用户需求转化为可落地的运营
- 具备强大的判断力、谨慎和韧性，能处理敏感或令人不安的材料
- 具备项目构建、运营判断和执行力
- 能处理模糊、快速变化的优先事项，建立可扩展且持久的运营模式
加分项
- Experience with consumer hardware, connected devices, medical devices, healthcare technology, aerospace, robotics, mobility, wearables, or another technically complex or regulated physical product.
- Experience with device launches, product quality, field incidents, safety-sensitive customer escalations, repairs, warranty, returns, reverse logistics, or privacy-sensitive sensor and diagnostic data.
- A technical degree or equivalent experience partnering closely with hardware, software, data, or systems engineering teams.
- Experience with vendor operations, quality-assurance programs, regulated-product operations, incident response, workflow automation, or AI-assisted operations.
