- 与高级业务利益相关方和工程团队合作，识别运营痛点，定义可扩展解决方案，评估技术取舍，并在Salesforce及相邻平台上推动执行
- 协调收入运营、支持交付、风险、工程、数据、法务和企业平台等跨职能利益相关方，推动优先级管理和执行
- 与跨职能团队合作，通过定义和构建可扩展自动化、编排、代理式工作流及人机协同流程，帮助AI原生工作流落地
任职要求
- 拥有8年以上在项目管理、技术项目管理或相关岗位推动高影响力技术项目的经验
- 对支持用户运营或支持组织的CRM工作流和客户系统有深入理解
- 具备跨CRM系统、路由引擎及相邻系统的工作经验
- 具备推动复杂跨职能计划从需求发现、利益相关方对齐到执行和运营化的成熟能力
- 在API、集成、事件驱动架构、企业SaaS生态系统和Salesforce平台能力方面具备较强的技术理解力
- 具备与工程、收入运营、安全和企业平台团队紧密合作的经验
- 具备在SOX/SOC2受控环境中工作的经验，并深入理解SDLC、QA、发布管理和运营治理
- 具备出色的书面和口头沟通能力，能够清晰传达优先级、权衡、风险和执行计划
- 能够独立与工程团队一起推演技术系统设计、集成依赖和运营权衡
- 具备在AI原生、高增长或高度模糊的运营环境中工作的经验
- 接触过全球支持运营
- 能够在保持对可扩展性、治理和长期可维护性的高度重视的同时，灵活迭代地推进工作
