设计、改进并运维支持定价、账单、广告、支付、权益及其他商业化平台能力的可靠、可扩展后端服务；负责商业化数据、数据契约及跨产品与业务系统集成相关关键工作流的架构与实现；为业务关键系统建立正确性、可用性、安全性、性能、对账与可审计性的强保证
岗位职责
- 设计、改进并运维支持定价、账单、广告、支付、权益及其他商业化平台能力的可靠、可扩展后端服务
- 负责商业化数据、数据契约及跨产品与业务系统集成相关关键工作流的架构与实现
- 为业务关键系统建立正确性、可用性、安全性、性能、对账与可审计性的强保证
- 构建可复用的平台能力与开发者工具，使产品团队能够快速、安全地发布、衡量和迭代商业化产品
- 与产品、设计、数据、财务、会计及市场推广团队合作，将客户和业务需求转化为稳健的技术方案
- 主导复杂跨职能项目的技术设计与交付，使用清晰的系统设计和RFC在实现前对齐合作方，并在产品速度、可扩展性、可靠性和可维护性之间做出合理权衡
- 提升关键服务的可观测性与运维卓越性，包括监控、事件响应、根因分析、容量规划和长期修复
- 指导其他工程师，参与架构与代码评审，编写清晰文档，并在团队间分享知识，提升整体工程组织
任职要求
- 至少7年以上专业软件工程经验，在构建和运维大规模生产软件系统、后端服务或分布式系统方面具有深厚经验
- 精通至少一种通用编程语言，如Go、Java、Python、Rust或C++，并具备扎实的计算机科学基础
- 在API设计、数据建模、存储系统、分布式系统和事件驱动架构方面具备扎实基础
- 设计过对正确性、可靠性、可观测性、安全性、隐私或访问控制有严格要求的系统
- 能与跨职能合作方协作，识别需求、应对模糊性，并推动从问题定义到交付的进展
- 具备产品导向思维，能与技术和非技术合作方清晰沟通，将客户和业务问题转化为简单、可扩展的系统设计
- 高度重视正确性和运维可靠性，同时保持以交付客户和业务价值为导向的务实倾向
- 具备强烈的工程师责任感与主人翁意识，对交付结果负责

- Experience with monetization, pricing, billing, ads, payments, entitlements, subscriptions, or other financial products.
- Familiarity with financial correctness, reconciliation, compliance, or audit requirements.
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems, transactional workflows, event streaming, or payment infrastructure.
- Experience building internal platforms, shared frameworks, APIs, or developer tooling used by other engineering teams.
- Monetization or finance domain experience is helpful but not required. We value strong software engineering judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to learn a complex domain quickly.
