设计和构建支撑OpenAI医疗健康产品的后端与全栈系统；构建连接OpenAI产品与医疗系统及企业数据的服务、API和数据管道；开发与电子健康记录及其他医疗数据源的集成；设计满足隐私、安全、权限、合规和数据治理高要求的系统
岗位职责
- 设计和构建支撑OpenAI医疗健康产品的后端与全栈系统
- 构建连接OpenAI产品与医疗系统及企业数据的服务、API和数据管道
- 开发与电子健康记录及其他医疗数据源的集成
- 设计满足隐私、安全、权限、合规和数据治理高要求的系统
- 端到端负责功能与系统，从早期架构和实现到部署、监控与迭代
- 构建能够处理复杂数据流、部分故障和不断变化的集成要求的可靠系统
- 与产品、研究、设计、安全、隐私、市场推广及医疗机构密切合作，将真实工作流转化为可扩展产品
- 提升生产医疗系统的可靠性、性能、可观测性和运维成熟度
- 主动承担模糊的技术问题，并推动其形成实用且持久的解决方案
任职要求
- 是经验丰富的后端或全栈工程师，乐于构建可持久运行的生产系统
- 拥有5年以上编写可维护、生产级软件的经验
- 具备后端服务、API、数据系统或分布式系统的丰富经验
- 能够从容思考系统架构、数据模型、身份验证、权限和集成边界
- 有负责大规模生产系统的经验，包括可观测性、测试、事件响应、迁移和发布
- 能在产品需求和技术架构之间切换，同时不失去对两者的掌控
- 具备高度自主性，能从问题定义到生产落地处理模糊问题
- 喜欢与跨职能合作伙伴和客户直接合作，理解复杂工作流
- 非常重视可靠性、隐私、安全和正确性
- 受到通过AI改善医疗健康机会的激励
- 有构建企业级SaaS产品或平台的经验者优先
- 有分布式系统、后端架构或大规模数据管道的经验者优先
- 有与复杂第三方系统或API构建集成的经验者优先
