岗位职责
- 端到端负责智能体行为、客户与运营反馈、评估、实验和已验证业务成果的生产改进闭环
- 为智能体工作流添加埋点，使模型交互、工具使用、决策、失败、人工编辑和下游结果能够在上下文中被理解
- 为真实GTM工作流定义有意义的质量标准、代表性评估数据集、回归覆盖和生产监控
- 调查智能体在上下文、知识、指令、工具、路由、护栏或工作流设计方面表现不佳的原因
- 设计并交付有针对性的行为改进，包括提示词、上下文构建、决策逻辑、工具使用和人工审核路径的调整
- 构建后端服务、API、数据模型和反馈管道，使智能体行为可观察、可引导且可复现
- 运行受控实验、生产回放或分阶段发布，以衡量变更是否提升质量和下游业务成果
- 与产品、数据科学、销售和B2B营销合作，优先处理高价值问题并定义客户与业务成功
- 在隐私、安全、可靠性、人工监督和安全运营发布方面提供适当保障
任职要求
- 拥有4年以上构建可靠生产系统的软件、后端、应用AI或产品工程经验
- 具有构建AI智能体、LLM驱动应用或其他处理真实生产流量的模型驱动工作流的经验
- 具有使用生产追踪、用户反馈、评估、实验或严谨系统设计来诊断和改进智能体行为的经验
- 具备评估设计、回归测试、人工或模型评分、在线质量信号或受控实验的实践经验
- 具备扎实的后端工程技能，涵盖Python、API、数据管道、有状态工作流和生产服务
- 具备较强的产品判断力，能够将技术变更与客户体验、转化、合格管线或运营效率联系起来
- 能够自如处理模型行为、上下文、知识、工具、工作流状态和人在回路决策
- 能够与工程、产品、数据科学、销售和B2B营销领域的技术和非技术伙伴紧密合作
- 具备务实心态，能够在复杂环境中推进落地
加分项
- Experience building agent evaluation, observability, experimentation, or AI infrastructure products.
- Experience with production replay, LLM grading, human-labeled datasets, shadow evaluation, or staged rollout.
- Experience improving model or agent behavior through context design, prompting, tools, decision logic, or feedback loops.
- Experience with sales, B2B marketing, revenue, CRM, campaign, or other GTM-facing systems.
- Experience measuring customer engagement, qualified pipeline, conversion, or operational efficiency.
