岗位职责
- 负责合作来源及合作影响机会的端到端运营节奏，覆盖需求接收、资格评估、审批、签约、上线和扩展
- 建立并持续优化运营流程、标准程序、阶段门禁、决策权和服务预期，使合作执行更快、更可预测
- 将新的和现有政府合作模式（包括云服务商、经销商和转售模式）运营化，把不同于标准商业合作的要求转化为清晰的工作流、赋能、决策权和跨职能交接
- 协调客户总监、收入运营、交易台、法务、财务、安全与合规、产品、技术成功及合作团队之间的交易执行，确保每项行动都有明确负责人和时间表
- 通过标准化就绪标准、客户背景、用例、合作方职责、承诺、依赖关系和成功计划，建立从商业团队到技术成功团队的一致交接
- 通过尽早暴露问题、推动审批与升级、管理例外情况并弥合职能差距，为复杂交易扫清障碍
- 维护合同里程碑、合作方上线、交接就绪度、依赖关系和风险的运营单一事实来源，并对流程和数据质量保持高标准；与收入运营协调，确保合作背景反映在销售管道和 CRM 数据中
- 负责政府合作方在交易执行、上线跟踪和业务复盘方面的运营节奏；与收入运营协调管道和预测输入，并将数据转化为简洁洞察与行动
- 识别并实施工作流、工具和自动化改进，以缩短周期、消除反复出现的摩擦，并帮助合作团队规模化
任职要求
- 拥有 7 年以上运营、收入运营、销售运营、交易台、市场进入业务运营或复杂项目管理经验
- 具备在快速发展的组织中从零搭建运营流程和跨职能工作流的成功记录
- 拥有在企业科技、公共部门或其他复杂且受监管环境中支持端到端交易生命周期的经验
- 具备卓越的项目管理能力，能够协调多个高优先级工作流、利益相关方、决策和截止日期
- 具备强大的系统和数据导向能力，能够以高标准维护流程与数据质量

- Experience operating partner, alliance, channel, or co-sell programs in enterprise technology, cloud, or AI.
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement, government contracting, and customer implementation or Technical Success handoffs.
