岗位职责
- 构建并维护用于强化学习环境、评估和长期实验的基础设施
- 将电子设计自动化（EDA）工具集成到寄存器传输级（RTL）生成、验证和物理设计优化的工作流中
- 提升实验的可靠性、可复现性、可观测性和性能；调试工具、服务和基础设施中的故障
- 开发工具和模型测试框架，使研究人员能够快速验证想法，并衡量正确性以及功耗、性能和面积（PPA）
- 与研究人员和工程师合作，将成功的实验转化为可复用的系统和训练工作流
- 端到端负责模糊的项目，沟通进展，并利用结果指导下一轮迭代
任职要求
- 具备扎实的软件工程基础，拥有设计、实现和调试可靠系统的经验
- 能够跨技术栈工作，调查不熟悉的故障，并在速度、正确性和可维护性之间做出实际权衡
- 独立交付过重要软件项目，并能解释技术决策及其影响
- 能够与研究人员合作处理不断变化的需求，并将开放式问题转化为可运行的软件
- 有兴趣了解强化学习与芯片设计工具如何结合
- 关心开发安全、有益的人工智能
- 有研究基础设施、分布式系统、实验编排或机器学习工具经验者优先
- 熟悉强化学习、模型评估或训练工作流者优先
- 有 Python、容器化工具和可复现开发环境经验者优先
- 有 RTL、Verilog/SystemVerilog、EDA 工具、形式验证或芯片设计自动化经验者优先

- Experience with research infrastructure, distributed systems, experiment orchestration, or ML tooling.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning, model evaluations, or training workflows.
- Experience with Python, containerized tools, and reproducible development environments.
- Experience with RTL, Verilog/SystemVerilog, EDA tools, formal verification, or chip-design automation.
