构建并运维面向研究负载与研究相关服务的可靠基础设施；支持并改进数据基础设施、处理、抓取与摄取、缓存、搜索、可观测性及集群级服务等系统；改进集群引导、资源置备、自动化与部署工作流；调试网络、计算、存储、编排及服务可靠性等层面的问题

- 构建并运维面向研究负载与研究相关服务的可靠基础设施
- 支持并改进数据基础设施、处理、抓取与摄取、缓存、搜索、可观测性及集群级服务等系统
- 改进集群引导、资源置备、自动化与部署工作流
- 调试网络、计算、存储、编排及服务可靠性等层面的问题
- 构建软件与自动化，减少人工运维工作并提升系统可靠性
- 与研究人员、基础设施工程师和服务负责人紧密合作，理解系统需求并转化为持久解决方案
- 帮助现有基础设施向更可扩展、可维护和标准化的模式演进
- 负责关键系统，独立推动工作从问题定义到执行落地
任职要求
- 具备扎实的系统基础，理解基础设施在实际中如何扩展
- 熟悉 Linux、网络、Kubernetes、资源置备及分布式系统运维
- 能够编写软件来自动化、调试和改进基础设施系统
- 具备强执行思维，能独立推动模糊的基础设施工作
- 乐于支持广泛系统面，从研究工具到平台服务
- 在自建系统与使用现有成熟工具之间务实取舍
- 关注构建可靠系统，帮助研究人员提速并减少运维摩擦
- 有 PXE 引导、集群置备、裸金属基础设施或大规模机群管理经验者优先
- 有大规模运维 Kubernetes 或类似编排系统的经验者优先
- 有基础设施即代码、CI/CD、可观测性或部署自动化经验者优先
- 有支持搜索基础设施、数据平台、摄取系统或大规模研究工作流的经验者优先
- 有基于 Git 的工作流和内部开发者工具经验者优先
- 曾在同时重视可靠性、规模和速度的环境中工作过者优先
加分项
- Experience with PXE boot, cluster provisioning, bare-metal infrastructure, or large-scale fleet management.
- Experience operating Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems at scale.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, or deployment automation.
- Experience supporting search infrastructure, data platforms, ingest systems, or large-scale research workflows.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and internal developer tooling.
- Prior experience in environments where reliability, scale, and speed all matter.
