岗位摘要
设计、构建并运维大规模流式与批处理数据管道，处理来自内外部系统的产品、财务和运营数据；开发规范数据模型与可复用数据产品，覆盖产品使用、定价、计费、广告、支付、收入和总账等领域；为数据准确性、完整性、新鲜度、血缘、对账和可审计性建立强有力的保障
岗位职责
- 设计、构建并运维大规模流式与批处理数据管道，处理来自内外部系统的产品、财务和运营数据
- 开发规范数据模型与可复用数据产品，覆盖产品使用、定价、计费、广告、支付、收入和总账等领域
- 为数据准确性、完整性、新鲜度、血缘、对账和可审计性建立强有力的保障
- 构建框架和平台能力，提升开发者效率，帮助团队利用可信数据更快发布、衡量和迭代变现产品
- 与产品工程、财务、会计、分析和市场团队合作，定义数据契约、埋点新变现功能，并将产品与业务需求转化为稳健技术方案
- 主导复杂跨职能项目的技术设计与交付，通过清晰系统设计和RFC在实施前对齐合作方，并在速度、扩展性、可靠性和可维护性之间做出合理权衡
- 提升关键数据工作流的可观测性和运营卓越性，包括监控、事件响应、根因分析和长期修复
- 具备强烈的工程卓越意识，推动先设计后实施的清晰文档文化，并跨团队分享知识以提升整体工程组织
任职要求
- 在生产数据平台、分布式数据系统或大规模数据管道方面拥有深厚构建与运维经验
- 精通大规模数据管道架构，并至少熟练掌握一种通用编程语言，如Python、Java或Scala
- 在数据建模、数据架构、分布式系统和软件工程方面具备扎实基础
- 设计过对数据质量、可观测性、血缘、治理、隐私或访问控制有严格要求的系统
- 能与跨职能合作方协作，识别需求、应对模糊性，并推动从问题定义到交付的进展
- 具备产品导向思维，能与技术和非技术合作方清晰沟通，将客户与业务问题转化为精确的数据契约和可扩展的系统设计
- 高度重视正确性和运营可靠性，同时保持以交付价值为导向的务实倾向
- 具备强烈的责任感与主动担当意识
加分项
- Experience with monetization, pricing, product usage, billing, ads, payments, revenue, or financial data.
- Familiarity with financial controls, reconciliation, close processes, or audit requirements.
- Experience with modern lakehouse or data warehouse technologies, workflow orchestration, streaming systems, and data transformation frameworks.
- Experience building self-service data platforms, shared frameworks, or developer tooling used by other data and engineering teams.
- Monetization or finance domain experience is helpful but not required. We value strong data engineering judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to learn a complex domain quickly.
