- 端到端负责网络电路的激活和开通，与光纤运营商和云服务提供商直接合作建立并验证连接
- 排查物理层、二层和三层基础设施中的复杂网络问题，包括光信号问题、FEC错误、路由问题和连接故障
- 诊断并隔离跨运营商、云提供商和内部基础设施边界的网络故障，推动问题解决
- 参与物理网络基础设施设计，包括端口映射、光纤和电缆布局、光纤配线架（ODF）和连接规划
- 监控网络健康、电路利用率和性能，主动识别容量限制和可靠性风险
- 构建自动化和工具，简化网络配置、部署验证、故障排查和运营工作流程
- 与网络工程、数据中心基础设施和外部服务提供商合作，支持OpenAI全球骨干网的扩展
- 参与待命轮值，维护关键网络基础设施的可靠性和可用性
任职要求
- 具有与电信运营商、光纤提供商或云服务提供商合作部署、激活和排查广域网电路的实践经验
- 深入理解网络基础知识，包括光网络、以太网、TCP/IP、BGP以及二层/三层连接
- 能够跨多层调试网络问题，从物理光纤连接和光错误到路由和流量转发
- 具有数据中心网络、运营商基础设施、云互连或大规模广域网环境的工作经验
- 理解物理网络基础设施概念，如光纤布线、端口映射、光纤配线架和网络设备连接
- 能够独立调查模糊的连接问题，隔离根本原因并推动解决
加分项
- Experience building or operating large-scale backbone networks, hyperscale data center networks, or cloud provider interconnect infrastructure.
- Familiarity with optical transport technologies, network telemetry, and advanced troubleshooting of physical network links.
- Experience automating network operations using Python, Go, or infrastructure automation frameworks.
- Experience deploying new network PoPs or supporting large-scale network expansion projects.
- Experience collaborating with carriers, colocation providers, and cloud networking teams on complex connectivity deployments.
