- 构建合作伙伴运营模式，涵盖从寻源和选择到引导、持续支持、续约和退出的全过程
- 与法务、财务和采购部门合作执行合作伙伴引导，跟踪协议、所需信息、供应商设置、准备情况和开始日期
- 管理合作伙伴付款、报告及相关运营流程
- 与合作伙伴规划并支持本地工作坊、部署和活动
- 与社区、营销和内容合作伙伴协调项目营销和沟通
- 与本地运营者及其服务的组织建立信任关系，指导合作伙伴并解决服务质量问题
- 为合作伙伴社区创建实用系统，如 intake、共享知识库、服务日志、定期检查和可复用手册
- 与招聘经理和相关团队制定并运营合作伙伴审查流程
- 与分析和产品团队合作，使用适当数据和反馈评估项目影响
- 管理项目预算、供应商、风险和依赖关系，保持利益相关者知情并提前提出决策
任职要求
- 8年以上经验，负责复杂的合作伙伴、社区或运营项目，从早期设计到规模化执行
- 在引导、财务流程、活动和多利益相关者群体方面具备强大的运营判断力和执行力
- 能够赢得小企业主、本地技术运营者和社区领袖的信任，清晰解释期望并在需要时进行困难对话
- 对ChatGPT、Codex和AI支持的工作流程有实际熟悉度，能够与技术专家可信地合作
- 使用数据和定性反馈评估项目影响

- Operating a local-services, small-business, nonprofit, fellowship, ambassador or distributed partner program.
