- 开发并负责智能体仪表盘、报告、模型和决策工具，确保其可信、受治理且可供智能体使用
- 连接来自办公场所传感器、协作工具、运营系统和财务系统的数据，并识别和整合新数据源，以指导空间、服务、员工体验和投资决策
- 向技术、运营和高管利益相关者清晰沟通假设、权衡与建议
任职要求
- 能够在模糊环境中茁壮成长，主动担当，并在严谨与速度之间取得平衡
- 熟悉 AI 辅助分析、协作技术和运营平台
- 拥有数据科学或决策科学经验，最好是在运营、财务、办公场所或内部工具环境中
- 扎实掌握应用统计、因果推断、预测和模型评估；精通 SQL 和 Python
- 具备将杂乱、广泛的数据集转化为高影响力决策和可衡量成果的证明能力
- 热衷于开创 AI 原生分析，并愿意使用智能体仪表盘和决策系统
- 具备出色的沟通能力，能够与运营人员、工程师、跨职能合作伙伴和高层领导有效交流
- 优先考虑：有构建用于优先级排序、预测或优化的运营自动化或决策系统的经验
