- 制定多年扩展战略与联合业务计划，将产品路线图、商业机会、市场进入动作和可衡量成果连接起来
- 主导合作伙伴全生命周期：战略、伙伴评估、商业谈判、技术与产品集成、发布、绩效管理、扩展和续约
- 围绕明确优先级、负责人、依赖关系和决策，协调产品、工程、研究、市场进入、法务、财务、营销、政策和运营团队
- 在双方组织的高层和执行层面建立可信关系，促成直接沟通、共同责任和持久一致
- 建立并运行运营节奏，包括路线图评审、业务评审、发布准备评审、问题解决和升级路径
- 将合作伙伴需求、技术限制、客户反馈和市场信号转化为产品、生态系统和市场进入建议
- 定义成功指标，并通过简洁的高层材料沟通进展、风险、权衡和机会
- 解决阻碍，并在合作伙伴请求与公司优先事项冲突或价值不明确时进行审慎回绝
- 将首创性合作工作转化为简单、可复用的行动手册和运营模式，以提升执行效果
任职要求
- 具备资深个人贡献者经验，能全生命周期负责合作，从战略与谈判到集成、发布、绩效、扩展和续约
- 具备从0到1的建设者心态，而非仅承担协调职责
- 能在运营模式尚未成熟时创造清晰度，并在信息不完整的情况下做出合理决策
- 能深入到产品、商业或运营细节，推动工作向前发展
- 能在多年合作战略与眼前的紧急阻碍之间灵活切换
- 能在高层和工作层面建立可信关系，并清晰代表公司优先事项
- 能进行审慎推回，在合作伙伴请求与公司优先事项冲突或价值不明时妥善处理
- 具备制定多年扩展战略、联合业务计划和可衡量成果的能力
- 具备协调产品、工程、研究、市场进入、法务、财务、营销、政策和运营等跨职能团队的能力
- 能将合作伙伴需求、技术限制、客户反馈和市场信号转化为产品、生态系统和市场进入建议
- 能定义成功指标，并通过简洁的高层材料沟通进展、风险、权衡和机会
