设计、实施并扩展全面的赋能项目，涵盖技术成功团队的入职培训、基于角色的技能发展及持续准备度需求；重新定义并运营主题专家（SME）项目，建立清晰的知识共享路径，提升GTM团队整体技术深度与一致性
岗位职责
- 设计、实施并扩展全面的赋能项目，涵盖技术成功团队的入职培训、基于角色的技能发展及持续准备度需求
- 重新定义并运营主题专家（SME）项目，建立清晰的知识共享路径，提升GTM团队整体技术深度与一致性
- 负责并主动维护版本化的技术演示、演讲、操作手册及可上线资产库
- 与技术成功领导层、产品赋能团队及产品专家合作，识别技能差距并提供针对性学习干预方案
- 收集、审核、整理并优化现场及专家生成的技术内容，使其易于发现、信任和复用
任职要求
- 5年以上技术赋能、解决方案工程、解决方案架构、技术成功或相关领域工作经验
- 具备在高速增长的SaaS或技术环境中设计和扩展技术赋能项目的成功经验
- 出色的沟通与组织能力，能够主导多个复杂项目并协调高级跨职能利益相关者
- 具备构建基于客户旅程的操作手册、操作指南及技术学习资产的经验，能够推动一致的现场行为
- 拥有解决方案工程师、解决方案架构师或类似技术岗位的直接客户对接经验，或具备领导此类团队的经验
- 具备较强判断力，能够独立定义、优先排序并主导模糊但高影响力的项目，同时跨组织边界施加影响
加分项
- Strong understanding of enablement methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theory.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, platform products, or other deeply technical SaaS offerings.
- Led SME programs, communities of practice, or other knowledge-sharing systems.
- Background in technical content creation, curriculum design, or training facilitation.
- Have shaped strategic enablement programs that measurably improve onboarding speed, technical readiness, and execution across diverse GTM roles.
- Use technology and automation to personalize learning, scale enablement, and continuously improve programs through feedback and measurable outcomes.
