Merkle is seeking a Director, Value

Consulting

to help clients quantify the business impact of strategic and technology investments.

build the financial and measurement frameworks that turn ambiguous initiatives into clear, defensible numbers, then translate those numbers into recommendations executives can act on. This role blends financial modeling with broader value-realization work: measuring whether change is actually

landing, and

putting a number on what happens when it

doesn't

You will lead the development of compelling business cases and comprehensive financial models including P&L projections, ROI analysis, and budget forecasting that are critical to client success.

You will join a group of problem

solvers who draw inspiration from everywhere and build solutions that make clients say 'wow' — including FP&A practitioners, data analysts, consultants, and business analysts.

Together, you will articulate and measure the value of dentsu and Merkle solutions, driving higher close rates and revenue through credible business valuation approaches.
