The Vice President, Client Leadership is responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of retail and healthcare clients while serving as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders and internal teams.

This role drives client success through strong relationship management, business leadership, integrated marketing expertise, and operational excellence.

A champion of strategic and creatively sharp work, our VP will be a true partner to clients, show a passion for the brand and category, and easily navigate a fast

paced, evolving environment.

The ideal candidate brings experience leading complex client accounts, in retail and/or healthcare, building trusted executive relationships, driving business growth, and delivering integrated marketing solutions across regulated industries.

We are looking for a strategic client leader, who is equally comfortable leading client conversations, driving commercial performance, and developing high

performing teams.

This person is passionate about building strong team and client relationships, bringing a forward

thinking approach to marketing, innovation, and business growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $175,000-$195,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
