岗位职责
- 跨多种媒介创作高质量动态图形，涵盖在线广告、零售环境及户外广告等场景，确保视觉效果卓越
- 剪辑视频素材并整合视觉特效，通过合成技术提升内容叙事表现力与整体创意质量
- 与创意团队紧密协作，参与头脑风暴，提供创新设计方案，解决项目中遇到的技术与设计难题
- 持续跟踪最新动态图形设计趋势与技术，推动团队工作流程、能力及创意效率的创新与进化
任职要求
- 具备至少8年动态图形及交互设计从业经验，拥有展示多元才能的优秀作品集或演示卷轴
- 精通Adobe创意套件，包括After Effects、Premiere、Photoshop及Illustrator等核心工具
- 具备出色的字体排版知识与设计审美，深刻理解内容在多平台的传播表现规律
- 具备团队协作精神，能够在跨职能团队中有效沟通，并为创新举措积极贡献创意与解决方案
