Official standards and scope
ECMA-402 defines Intl.DateTimeFormat, IANA supplies time-zone identifiers and transition data, and Unicode CLDR supplies locale formatting data. The first nonblank line is parsed by JavaScript Date after replacing its first space with T; an empty input uses the current instant. A date-time without an explicit offset is interpreted in the browser's local zone. Additional lines are treated as requested zone identifiers, then combined with the browser zone and eight fixed zones; duplicates are removed. Each supported zone is formatted with locale en-CA, numeric date and time fields, a short zone name, and 24-hour output; unsupported zones become a text error line. Results depend on browser parsing, tzdata, CLDR, daylight-saving history, and locale implementation. The page does not convert from a separately declared source zone or expose ambiguity at skipped or repeated local times.

FAQ
Does it use my browser time zone?
Yes. The local result uses your browser time zone, and common global zones are calculated locally.
Is Timezone Converter free to use?
Yes. You can use it directly in the browser without creating an account.
Does Timezone Converter support batch processing?
Text tools usually process one pasted input at a time, so split large jobs into smaller inputs.
Are files or content uploaded?
Timezone Converter runs in your browser, so your input or files are not uploaded to DataHub servers.
Can I use Timezone Converter on mobile?
Yes, but desktop browsers are better for large files, batch conversion, or long text input.
Why can conversion or validation fail?
Common causes include invalid syntax, missing required fields, or invisible characters copied with the input.
Can I use the result commercially?
The tool only processes your own input. Commercial use depends on the rights of the original file or data.
