岗位职责
- 为数字、社交活动和品牌内容设计制作动态图形资产和动画
- 使用Adobe Premiere进行专业视频剪辑，包括叙事结构、节奏把控和版本管理
- 在After Effects中开发脚本、表达式和自动化解决方案，优化生产流程
- 整合After Effects、Premiere、Photoshop、Illustrator等工具的工作流程
- 运用生成式AI工具（如Runway、Midjourney等）创建图像和视频内容
任职要求
- 5年以上动态图形和后期制作经验
- 精通After Effects软件操作（必须具备）
- 熟练掌握Adobe Premiere视频编辑技能（必须具备）
- 精通ExtendScript、JavaScript或AE Expressions脚本开发
- 具备构建自动化工具、脚本或插件的实际经验
- 高级英语水平（书面和口语），可与美国客户直接沟通
- 有生成式AI工具应用经验或强烈兴趣

- Strong storytelling and creative judgment.
- VFX and compositing experience.
- Knowledge of 3D tools.
- Experience coordinating projects or leading small teams.
- Previous experience working with international clients environments.
