Role Purpose
The VP, Client Leadership serves as a senior relationship, business, and growth leader for a portfolio of retail and healthcare clients while supporting broader strategic account responsibilities across the agency.
This leader will represent the agency with senior client stakeholders and partner closely with internal leadership to shape strategic direction, operational excellence, team performance, organic growth, and the continued evolution of client partnerships.
This role requires a proven agency leader who can navigate the complexities of retail and healthcare marketing, build trusted relationships with senior client leaders, and connect brand strategy, commercial objectives, scientific understanding, patient engagement, customer experience, and innovation into a cohesive business agenda.
The VP will strengthen client relationships, identify future growth opportunities, and introduce forward
looking solutions across AI, emerging technology, and modern marketing practices.
The hourly pay for this position is $
145. 00/ hr.
The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
