• 作为客户总监，你将建立稳固的高层客户关系，并致力于通过激发和打动消费者的创新工作推动其业务发展。你还将在为AKQA创造利润方面发挥关键作用，并领导内部团队交付为客户和代理机构带来卓越成果的项目。客户总监还必须对数字领域形成独到的理解，并懂得如何利用新兴发展为客户业务增值

• ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Operate as the go-to resource for the team’s concerns, point of view and recommendations, checks in regularly with all team members on a 1:1 basis for ad hoc feedback, and schedules regular program leadership meetings to ensure constant alignment.
• Partner with the Program, Creative, UX, Strategy and Analytic leads on the account to have a cohesive and strong leadership team.
• Establishes and executes client business plans that align with the goals of AKQA, the goals of the overall account and communicates plan with the working team to give context on key decisions.
