岗位职责
- 管理指定合作伙伴的日常运营工作流，跟踪整合步骤，更新文档并同步准确的状态更新
- 协调产品、技术、激活、投资、商务、法务及Amplifi等跨职能团队，确保各方获取推进整合所需信息
- 负责合作伙伴进度与整合状态的相关报告需求，准备内部更新、摘要及沟通材料
- 识别合作伙伴工作流中的阻塞问题并及时上报总监，协助将新合作伙伴或更新能力整合到现有运营流程中
任职要求
- 4-6年媒体、程序化广告、广告技术或合作伙伴运营相关经验，具备运营工作流及文档管理经验
- 熟悉身份识别与可寻址性概念，包括哈希邮箱、设备ID、Cookie及IP等
- 具备与产品、技术、激活、投资及法务等跨职能团队协作的能力
- 能够同时管理多个工作流，具备出色的组织能力和细节关注度，拥有清晰的书面及口头沟通能力
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、商业、传播或相关专业优先（同等专业经验亦可）

- Experience working in a media agency environment
- Exposure to product marketing, partner marketing, or platform capability assessments
- Experience with audience or identity platforms
- Experience supporting contract or negotiation workflows
- Ability to translate partner information into actionable steps for internal teams
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
