岗位摘要

设计、构建和维护云数据仓库（BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake）中的生产数据管道，从数据摄取到分析就绪模型的全流程；开发和管理与主要广告平台的API及连接器集成，包括Google Ads、GA4、Meta、TikTok、DV360等，实现数据自动化摄取

岗位职责

  • 设计、构建和维护云数据仓库（BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake）中的生产数据管道，从数据摄取到分析就绪模型的全流程
  • 开发和管理与主要广告平台的API及连接器集成，包括Google Ads、GA4、Meta、TikTok、DV360等，实现数据自动化摄取
  • 将广告系列、支出和绩效数据建模为干净、有文档的数据集，确保媒体、分析和客户服务团队的数据可信度
  • 监控管道健康状况，包括税收分类合规性，排除数据差异问题并端到端负责修复
  • 与分析师、策略师和广告运营团队合作，将报告和衡量需求转化为可扩展的数据模型

任职要求

  • 3-5年专业数据工程经验，包括在BigQuery、Redshift或Snowflake等主流云数据仓库上进行生产部署
  • 扎实的SQL技能和Python开发能力，用于管道开发、数据转换逻辑和自动化任务
  • 具有广告平台数据工作经验，熟悉从平台API或连接器获取数据并与平台报告对账的流程
  • 理解广告数据核心概念：展示量、点击量、转化量、归因窗口、UTM分类、受众和成本数据
  • 熟练使用工作流编排工具（Airflow/Dagster/Prefect）和版本控制工具（Git）进行协作开发
  • 具备与媒体策划师、分析师和客户负责人等非技术利益相关者直接沟通和交付的能力
