岗位职责
- 主导Kyndryl与Gradial两大合作伙伴生态系统的联合市场拓展，识别并开发WPP可计费商机
- 将复杂客户需求转化为WPP-Kyndryl及WPP-Gradial整合解决方案，提供战略咨询服务
- 与WPP客户账户负责人及合作伙伴团队紧密协作，推动体验与内容转型的全面落地
- 在合作伙伴客户群、现有WPP账户及新联合项目中完成销售目标，创造客户成功案例
任职要求
- 具备企业级解决方案销售经验，有配额考核业绩记录，熟悉技术咨询或数字化转型领域
- 拥有与大型技术合作伙伴（如IT服务、AI/自动化平台厂商）联合销售的成功经验
- 出色的客户沟通与方案演示能力，能够将复杂技术概念转化为清晰的商业价值
- 熟悉零售、金融服务或快消行业的企业客户需求，具备垂直行业洞察
加分项
- Prior experience in the Kyndryl ecosystem or with other major IT infrastructure and managed services providers.
- Prior experience with Gradial or similar AI-driven content operations platforms.
- Existing relationships with Kyndryl regional leadership, consult, or vertical teams.
- Existing relationships within the Gradial partner network or relevant marketing operations technology providers.
- Demonstrable understanding of AI, data platforms, and customer experience transformation solutions and methodologies.
- Experience positioning end-to-end transformation solutions that bridge front-end experiences with back-end systems.
- Experience with WPP or holding company environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical master's degree a plus.
- Role Positioning
- This role is a unique blend of a quota-carrying sales leader and a consultative expert, focused on
- two distinct strategic alliances
- It is not solely a back
- office alliance manager, pure marketing function, or purely technical pre
- sales role.
- You will be actively engaged with clients and both Kyndryl and Gradial partners, defining the future of digital transformation and agentic content supply chains.
- You will own your numbers and be accountable for WPP's revenue outcomes driven by these partnerships.
- Success requires exceptional sales execution, deep relationship
- building with both Kyndryl and Gradial, and the ability to consultatively orchestrate WPP's diverse expertise to win complex, integrated deals across their respective domains.
