数据处理与自动化：独立完成多数据源的整合、批量处理，利用Excel函数与Python工具实现数据清洗、统计及自动化脚本开发；业务支持与分析：根据QC及项目需求，理解业务环节逻辑，快速搭建可复用的中台工具和分析模型

有过互联网/咨询/市场研究实习或项目经验
熟悉R/SPSS等数据分析工具，有过相关数据模板搭建或数据产品共建赋能业务的经验
有研究方法论、统计建模（回归、聚类、因子分析等）经验
【Position】 Quantitative Analyst
Internet Industry (Entry Level) 【Responsibilities】
Data Processing & Automation: Independently integrate and process multiple data sources in batches
apply Excel functions and Python tools to conduct data cleaning, statistical analysis, and automation scripting.
Business Support & Analysis: Understand QC and project requirements, quickly build reusable mid
platform tools and analytical models based on business logic.
Project Collaboration: Support the team in analyzing and visualizing survey data and user behavior data, delivering high
quality analytical outputs.
Insight Generation & Reporting: Assist in writing research reports and presentations
combine findings with internet industry trends to provide actionable business recommendations.
team Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track project progress, and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
