岗位职责
- 设计、制作和交付面向全球广告活动的高级动态图形和3D资产，涵盖多种电影和内容形式
- 运用3D建模、纹理制作、灯光设置和动画技能，执行专业的视觉创意方案
- 应用VFX技术提升和优化国际客户的创意内容质量，与文案、美术指导和客户经理紧密协作
- 同时管理多个项目简报，在严格截止日期内保持高质量标准，准确解读并执行客户反馈
- 参与故事板绘制和概念验证，支持团队协作并推动持续学习文化
任职要求
- 拥有3-5年以上广告、制作或创意机构环境中的动态设计和3D动画专业经验
- 精通Maya和Cinema 4D + Redshift软件，具备专业的3D设计、纹理制作和动画能力
- 具有在3D和VFX环境中设计、制作的专业经验，能够设计、动画和编辑高级动态图形
- 具备根据故事板工作并开发概念验证视觉的能力，能够在客户截止日期前高效精准地完成任务
- 拥有良好的协作能力，可与文案、美术指导、创意总监和客户经理等跨职能团队有效配合

- It would be of an advantage for the candidate to have experience of working/ communicating with international clients/stakeholders directly and they must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing creative and technical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- This is an onsite role, and candidates should be comfortable working across different shifts as needed.
