岗位职责
- 负责与Braze客户体验平台的全球战略联盟关系管理，建立并维护高层关系，推动联合项目执行
- 制定针对Braze的定制化合作策略，寻找协同增长机会，驱动pipeline和收入增长
- 建立内部能力体系，培养团队专业知识，使联盟驱动的增长模式可持续复制
- 协调内外部资源，推动联合市场推广计划和技术实施项目，实现合作伙伴健康度目标
任职要求
- 具备战略联盟管理经验，有客户参与平台或MarTech相关背景者优先
- 具备全局思维和跨区域协调能力，能够在动态环境中推动多维度合作
- 具备强大的沟通能力，能够与高层领导建立信任关系，推动战略对话
- 拥有业务开发和收入目标达成经验，了解企业级解决方案销售模式
- 有与WPP或VML类似规模的数字营销/创意代理商合作经验者优先
加分项
- 5+ years in alliance or partner management roles
- Familiarity with Braze or comparable customer engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer)
- Background at a GSI, agency, or technology partner organization
- Experience driving $25M+ in partner-influenced pipeline
- Google Cloud or marketing technology certifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
- Role Positioning
- This role is the strategic owner of the Braze relationships—not a quota
- carrying territory seller, solution architect, or operations administrator.
- You will be the first call when either partner has an opportunity or an issue.
- You will own the joint business plans and be accountable for their execution.
- You will build the internal capability that makes both partnerships productive.
- And you will demonstrate that strategic alliance management is a growth multiplier for VML Enterprise Solutions.
