岗位摘要

确保网站、网页应用、HTML5横幅和响应式邮件等数字营销资产的像素级完美质量、可用性和响应性；制定准确的测试估算，开发全面的测试计划、测试用例和QA检查清单，涵盖UI/UX验证、响应式行为和浏览器/设备兼容性

岗位职责

  • 确保网站、网页应用、HTML5横幅和响应式邮件等数字营销资产的像素级完美质量、可用性和响应性
  • 制定准确的测试估算，开发全面的测试计划、测试用例和QA检查清单，涵盖UI/UX验证、响应式行为和浏览器/设备兼容性
  • 根据活动简报、IAB规范、动画行为、点击URL、回退图像、重播功能、循环规则、文件大小限制、跟踪实现和品牌指南验证HTML5横幅
  • 对响应式HTML邮件活动进行全面QA，验证在主要邮件客户端（Outlook、Gmail、Apple Mail、Yahoo、移动邮件应用）中的渲染一致性、暗模式兼容性和动态内容
  • 对HTML5横幅、邮件活动、网站和着陆页进行视觉、功能、回归、冒烟、健全和跨平台测试
  • 与项目经理、设计师、开发人员和制作人紧密合作，确保质量贯穿项目生命周期的每个阶段

任职要求

  • 具备像素级完美质量、响应性和用户体验的QA经验，熟悉网站、网页应用和数字营销资产
  • 精通测试计划、测试用例和QA检查清单的制定，以及UI/UX验证和跨浏览器/设备兼容性测试
  • 熟悉HTML5横幅和响应式邮件活动的QA流程，包括IAB规范、动画行为和邮件客户端渲染
  • 具备视觉、功能、回归和跨平台测试的实践经验，能提供清晰可复现的缺陷报告
  • 能够与跨职能团队（项目管理、设计、开发）有效协作，确保质量融入生产流程
  • 了解品牌指南、可访问性标准和跟踪要求，能验证活动交付物是否符合规范

加分项

  • Experience with global brands and high-volume digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of ad-serving platforms (Google Campaign Manager 360, DV360, Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Celtra, etc.).
  • Experience working with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) campaigns and feed-based creative production.
  • Experience validating UTM parameters, click tracking, analytics tags, and third-party tracking pixels.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
  • Basic understanding of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for design comparison.
  • Experience using BrowserStack or similar cross-browser/device testing platforms.
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and basic front-end performance testing.
