岗位职责

  • 作为项目团队的高级UX设计师，提出创新概念和交互想法，提升数字产品体验，确保符合商业和创意目标
  • 制作高质量UX交付物，包括详细线框图、用户流程和原型，遵循最佳实践和可访问性标准，确保设计质量和可行性
  • 与UI和工程团队紧密协作，创建清晰的视觉设计简报和简洁的功能文档，确保设计顺利交接和开发实现
  • 指导和管理初级UX设计师，主导客户沟通和工作坊，在快节奏环境中共同创造和构思概念，推动项目提案和新业务拓展

任职要求

  • 具备5年国际高水平UX设计师工作经验，能够在全球化环境中服务客户并领导国际团队
  • 西班牙语和英语专业流利（书面和口语），具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力以支持全球客户群
  • 精通Figma进行设计和原型制作，具备专家级操作能力，能够高效创建和迭代设计方案
  • 深入了解各种UX研究方法，能够根据项目需求规划和执行用户研究，为设计决策提供数据支持
  • 精通交互设计原则和以客户为中心的设计最佳实践，持续关注行业最新趋势和创新技术
