开发工作原型和概念验证，探索新兴技术如何增强创意制作流程，注重设计的可扩展性而非仅停留在演示阶段；实验各类生成式AI工具（图像、视频、文本、代码），构建轻量级工具和集成方案，使非技术团队能够轻松使用AI技术

岗位职责

  • 开发工作原型和概念验证，探索新兴技术如何增强创意制作流程，注重设计的可扩展性而非仅停留在演示阶段
  • 实验各类生成式AI工具（图像、视频、文本、代码），构建轻量级工具和集成方案，使非技术团队能够轻松使用AI技术
  • 追踪新兴创意技术、工具和平台动态，制作展示新机会的演示方案，将研究成果转化为团队可执行的具体想法

任职要求

  • 具备快速原型开发能力，能够迅速将想法转化为实际构建，并通过测试、学习、迭代的方式持续优化
  • 对人工智能、自动化和新兴创意技术充满热情，熟悉生成式AI工具，具有技术探索和实验精神
  • 优秀的研究能力和行业敏感度，能够追踪领先品牌和科技公司的技术动态，并将洞察转化为可落地的创意方案

加分项

  • Coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to supplement your builds and prototyping
  • Experience with generative AI tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion)
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks, creative coding, or no-code/low-code platforms
  • Understanding of automation concepts (APIs, data pipelines, workflow tools)
  • A portfolio, GitHub, or any evidence of things you've built or experimented with
