岗位摘要

制定产品愿景、战略和路线图，平衡短期成果、平台基础建设与长期技术布局；定义并跟踪关键成功指标，如吞吐量、周期缩短、缺陷率、采用率和返工减少；深入理解端到端制作流程，梳理与现有工作流系统、资产库及创意工具API的集成需求

岗位职责

  • 制定产品愿景、战略和路线图，平衡短期成果、平台基础建设与长期技术布局
  • 定义并跟踪关键成功指标，如吞吐量、周期缩短、缺陷率、采用率和返工减少
  • 深入理解端到端制作流程，梳理与现有工作流系统、资产库及创意工具API的集成需求
  • 与工程、应用AI/ML团队及交付伙伴紧密协作，确保产品在企业安全环境中稳定落地

任职要求

  • 具备丰富的产品管理经验，能够主导从愿景制定到落地执行的全产品生命周期
  • 熟悉AI/ML技术，包括计算机视觉和生成式AI的应用场景及技术边界
  • 了解创意或制作行业工作流程，能够与工程团队清晰沟通集成与功能需求
  • 具备出色的利益相关者协调能力，能够在复杂的企业环境中推动跨团队协作

加分项

  • Experience with creative production workflows, asset pipelines, or design tooling ecosystems.
  • Experience building enterprise software in security
  • constrained environments (auditability, access controls, restricted tooling, environment separation).
  • Experience defining quality frameworks for automated outputs (for example: visual diffs, heatmaps, review queues, sampling strategies).
  • Relevant certifications (for example: CSPO) or advanced degrees in a technical discipline.
