岗位职责
- 制定产品愿景、策略和路线图，定义清晰的产品故事，连接用户结果、商业影响和技术方向
- 定义可衡量的目标和成功指标，例如生产率、周期时间减少、缺陷率、采用率和重新工作率
- 与工程和应用人工智能团队合作，交付可靠的功能并确保产品的可靠性和安全性
- 与利益相关者对齐，确保产品符合商业需求和用户需求
- 负责产品的整个生命周期，包括产品的设计、开发、测试和发布
- 与团队合作，确保产品的质量和可靠性
- 负责产品的持续改进和优化
- 与客户和利益相关者合作，收集反馈和建议，改进产品和服务
任职要求
- 至少5年产品管理经验，尤其是在人工智能和生产领域
- 强大的产品策略和路线图制定能力，能够定义清晰的产品故事和可衡量的目标
- 良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与工程和应用人工智能团队合作
- 强大的分析和问题解决能力，能够收集和分析数据，制定数据驱动的决策
- 能够在安全受限的企业环境中交付可靠的功能
- 能够与客户和利益相关者合作，收集反馈和建议
- 能够负责产品的整个生命周期，包括产品的设计、开发、测试和发布
加分项
- Experience with creative production workflows, asset pipelines, or design tooling ecosystems.
- Experience building enterprise software in security
- constrained environments (auditability, access controls, restricted tooling, environment separation).
- Experience defining quality frameworks for automated outputs (for example: visual diffs, heatmaps, review queues, sampling strategies).
- Relevant certifications (for example: CSPO) or advanced degrees in a technical discipline.
