• Provide proactive, high-level operational and administrative support, handling priorities, information flow, and confidential matters with discretion.
• Coordinate and deliver meetings and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics, strong preparation, and effective follow-through.
• Support pitches and priority growth opportunities, coordinating kick-offs, rhythms, stakeholders, and key milestones.
• Strategically manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars to ensure time is aligned to priorities, focus, and impact.
• Plan and adapt intricate travel itineraries, managing all logistics seamlessly in a fast-changing global context.
