岗位职责

  • 制定产品愿景、战略及路线图，平衡短期收益与长期发展
  • 定义可衡量的成功指标（如周期缩短、采用率等），通过数据驱动优化
  • 深入分析跨团队生产流程，明确与现有系统的集成需求

任职要求

  • 具备AI/自动化相关产品管理经验，熟悉计算机视觉或生成式AI技术
  • 擅长在安全约束的企业环境中协调工程团队与利益相关者
  • 结果导向，能通过量化指标（如时间节省、缺陷率）评估产品影响

加分项

  • Experience with creative production workflows, asset pipelines, or design tooling ecosystems.
  • Experience building enterprise software in security
  • constrained environments (auditability, access controls, restricted tooling, environment separation).
  • Experience defining quality frameworks for automated outputs (for example: visual diffs, heatmaps, review queues, sampling strategies).
  • Relevant certifications (for example: CSPO) or advanced degrees in a technical discipline.
