岗位摘要
使用基础设施即代码（IaC）供应和维护云基础设施；构建并运营多阶段CI/CD流水线，实现跨环境的发布推广；管理Kubernetes集群、网络、密钥及监控告警；在业务时间内支持生产发布并分类处理升级事件
岗位职责
- 使用基础设施即代码（IaC）供应和维护云基础设施
- 构建并运营多阶段CI/CD流水线，实现跨环境的发布推广
- 管理Kubernetes集群、网络、密钥及监控告警
- 在业务时间内支持生产发布并分类处理升级事件
- 自动化环境供应、部署工作流及依赖更新
- 记录基础设施决策和组件供跨团队使用
任职要求
- 精通Azure云服务，如AKS、Service Bus、Event Hub、Key Vault等
- 熟练掌握Kubernetes集群操作、命名空间管理、网络策略及自动扩缩容
- 具备生产级Terraform使用经验，熟悉Azure Provider及资源依赖管理
- 熟悉Helm图表管理、版本控制及服务部署
- 具备多阶段YAML CI/CD流水线经验（Azure DevOps或类似工具）
- 掌握PowerShell Core或等效脚本语言用于自动化和部署
- 能够诊断Kubernetes Pod、网关、消息队列、无服务器函数及数据库中的问题

- CDN configuration and cache invalidation strategies (e.g. Akamai)
- Multi-layer caching awareness (application cache, CDN, origin)
- Advanced Kubernetes operations (jobs, node pool strategies, eviction handling)
- Automated dependency management (Renovate or similar)
- Per-developer environment provisioning pipelines
- Basic .NET / C# literacy for cross-team incident triage
- Azure cost monitoring and budget alerting
- Bastion, backup, and compliance tooling

- Strong sense of team collaboration - proactive communication with team and client stakeholders, peer reviews for infrastructure changes
- Documentation discipline
- Experience working in agile, multi-vendor environments
- Must be fluent in English, written and verbal communications
