岗位摘要
独立主导与业务干系人、产品负责人、开发、架构、数据及QA团队的发现和需求研讨会，将业务问题转化为功能与非功能需求；创建并维护业务需求文档、功能规格、流程与数据流、用户故事、用例、验收标准及需求追溯矩阵
岗位职责
- 独立主导与业务干系人、产品负责人、开发、架构、数据及QA团队的发现和需求研讨会，将业务问题转化为功能与非功能需求
- 创建并维护业务需求文档、功能规格、流程与数据流、用户故事、用例、验收标准及需求追溯矩阵
- 将复杂需求拆解为清晰、按优先级排序、可进入冲刺的用户故事，确保业务与技术团队均能理解
- 使用SQL等技术验证数据、调查问题、支持需求并确认预期结果，确保交付方案符合已批准的业务需求与验收标准
- 规划并支持系统测试、业务验证和用户验收测试，包括测试场景、测试数据、缺陷分类、证据、签核及部署就绪
- 与产品负责人和交付团队合作，维护健康的敏捷交付节奏，管理优先级、依赖、风险及干系人对齐
任职要求
- 具备扎实的业务与系统分析能力，能独立主导需求发现、研讨会及需求文档编写，熟悉用户故事、用例和验收标准
- 具备实际Scrum敏捷交付经验，理解冲刺规划、待办事项管理、依赖与风险管理，能与跨职能团队高效协作
- 熟练使用SQL进行数据验证和问题调查，具备影响、依赖、可行性及差距分析能力
- 具备优秀的沟通与干系人管理能力，能在有限监督下管理优先级、推动决策并确保需求可追溯
- 有规划和支持系统测试、业务验证及用户验收测试的经验，包括测试场景设计、缺陷分类和部署就绪评估
- 能够在全球化、跨职能团队中工作，适应按需出差，并支持变更管理、用户沟通和发布后验证
加分项
- · Professional Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Product Owner, PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP/CCBA, or comparable certification.
- · Experience with enterprise platforms, data management, master data management, integrations, reporting, or business intelligence solutions.
- · Experience supporting organizational change, end-user training, production adoption, and continuous improvement.
