岗位摘要
为数字平台、社交媒体、广告活动及品牌内容设计和制作动画，开发可复用的模板、工具包和素材资产；编写脚本、表达式和自动化工具，优化After Effects中的重复性任务，并整合Illustrator、Photoshop、Premiere等跨平台工作流程
岗位职责
- 为数字平台、社交媒体、广告活动及品牌内容设计和制作动画，开发可复用的模板、工具包和素材资产
- 编写脚本、表达式和自动化工具，优化After Effects中的重复性任务，并整合Illustrator、Photoshop、Premiere等跨平台工作流程
- 优化渲染流程、版本管理和项目组织结构，排查复杂技术问题，持续提升团队整体工作效率
- 与编辑、设计师、创意团队及制片人紧密协作，贡献创意想法，推动内容产出质量提升
任职要求
- 具备5年以上动态图形设计工作经验，能够独立完成高质量动画内容的创作与交付
- 精通After Effects（必须），熟练掌握Photoshop、Illustrator及Premiere等Adobe系列软件
- 具备After Effects脚本与表达式开发经验（ExtendScript、JavaScript、AE Expressions），有工作流程自动化实践经历
- 英语书面及口语均达到高级水平，能够在国际化团队环境中流畅沟通协作
