负责全球VML的AWS认证路线图和目标；跟踪认证进度并推动各区域和实践的采用；协调考试安排、代金券和后勤工作；管理AWS Skillbuilder的推出和VML从业者的访问权限；具备AWS认证或相关领域的经验

  • 具备AWS认证或相关领域的经验
  • 能够协调和管理多个区域的认证计划
  • 熟悉AWS Skillbuilder或其他学习管理系统
  • 具备良好的沟通能力，能够向从业者传达认证要求和截止日期

加分项

  • Experience with AWS Partner Programs and certification requirements
  • Familiarity with AWS Skillbuilder and Partner Training Portal
  • Experience with competency applications (MSP, specializations)
  • AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner or above)
  • L&D certifications or formal training background
  • GSI/agency certification program experience
  • Bachelor's degree

  • This role builds VML's AWS-certified talent pool—not a quota-carrying seller, relationship manager, or client-facing role.
  • You will be the reason VML achieves AWS certification milestones and competency designations.
  • You will drive the Skillbuilder rollout that upskills our practitioners.
  • You will coordinate the hackathons that build hands
  • on expertise.
  • And you will ensure VML has the certified talent required to maintain premier AWS partner status and win on our most important opportunities.
