岗位摘要

设计、构建并维护云数据仓库（BigQuery、Redshift或Snowflake）的生产数据管道，实现从数据采集到分析就绪模型的全流程；开发并管理主要广告平台（Google Ads、GA4、Meta、TikTok、DV360等）的API及连接器集成，确保数据准确采集

岗位职责

  • 设计、构建并维护云数据仓库（BigQuery、Redshift或Snowflake）的生产数据管道，实现从数据采集到分析就绪模型的全流程
  • 开发并管理主要广告平台（Google Ads、GA4、Meta、TikTok、DV360等）的API及连接器集成，确保数据准确采集
  • 将广告活动、支出和性能数据建模为清晰、文档完善的数据集，供媒体、分析和客户服务团队使用
  • 监控管道健康状况，执行分类法合规性检查，排查并解决数据与平台界面的差异问题
  • 与分析师、策略师和广告运营团队合作，将报告和测量需求转化为可扩展的数据模型

任职要求

  • 3-5年专业数据工程经验，熟悉BigQuery、Redshift或Snowflake等主流云数据仓库的生产环境部署
  • 具备扎实的SQL技能和Python（或等效语言）开发能力，能够编写管道逻辑和数据转换代码
  • 具有广告平台数据处理经验，能够从平台API或连接器获取数据并与平台报告进行对账
  • 理解广告数据核心概念：展示量、点击量、转化量、归因窗口、UTM分类、受众及成本数据结构
  • 掌握工作流编排工具（Airflow、Dagster、Prefect等）和版本控制（Git）的使用方法
